David Pike

DAVID PIKE
Designer, Draftsman, Construction Manager, Client Liaison Officer, Founder and Owner of Pike Design & Construction.
Graduated in 1980 winning the Institute of Draftsmen (now the Building Designers Association) Gold Medal Award. David started his career working for the Public Buildings Deptartment in Adelaide in Major Works Division before transferring to Regional Services Division. This brought him to Mount Gambier. David then returned to Adelaide and worked with Walter Brooke Architects for 2 years before returning to Mount Gambier to work with Chapman Herbert Architects. During this time he was Construction Manager and/or Draftperson on a number of notable S.E. Projects including Balnaves Winery and Cellar Door, RSL Building in Sturt Street, Kessel Wing - Boandik Lodge, Olympic Park Tennis Center, Mount Gambier Airport, Fasta Pasta Restaurant and numerous Residential Projects.



Martyn Black

MARTYN BLACK
Building Contractor.
Marty has a long and distinguished history in all facets of the Building Industry, including Domestic, Commercial and Industrial buildings. Trained and Licensed as a Carpenter / Builder, Marty finished his Apprenticeship in 1975. Building runs in Marty's blood. He is a third generation Carpenter / Builder, and has picked up a wide range of skills as a result. A 'stickler' for doing things the right way, Marty is invaluable as a Contractor to the Company.



Lorenza McMahon

LORENZA McMAHON
Administration.
Lorenza looks after the Admin at Pike Design & Construction. This includes project controls, staffing admin, data controls and general admin. Lorenza is also a qualified chef, which means she is also in charge of morning teas.
